Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or defective.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is damaged or defective you have the right to enter a claim.
HOW TO ENTER A CLAIM
Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to replace the product but if we are unable to replace the product then we will refund you in full. When we have received the defective product and the claim has been approved, you will be informed via email and a replacement product will be sent to you. The shipping cost of returning products will be compensated by COVERCHORD.com. In the case of a full refund the initial shipping costs will also be compensated by COVERCHORD.com.
Damaged or defective products must be returned unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags and/or packaging. Return packages must be sent with a trackable insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the return transit. If returning an item from outside of Japan the package must be marked 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. COVERCHORD.com is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made.
