HIZUKI is an independent glassware studio, based in Okinawa, Japan. Founder and renowned glassware artisan, Miyo Oyabu’s glassware is distinctive for its soft, round form and tiny air bubbles which sparkle in the light. These features are in direct contrast to standard glass design elements of symmetry and transparency. By embracing the irregularities every item is unique and possesses its own character.
