This rug is made of a blend of European linen and Shetland wool, which has a pleasant fullness due to its unique strong crimp. The large panel pattern is done in a double weave construction that allows each side to be made of a different color.

LOOMER was established by Takayuki Minami, founder of textile manufacturer T’ACCA and brand/retail consultancy, ALPHA. From selecting the raw materials, manufacturing the yarns, and designing the fabrics, every step is carefully considered. By using the traditional and now rare Schönherr loom, each fabric is slowly woven to create only the highest quality textile-based products.
