nonnative
coach jacket / explorer easy pants
Starting today, the 2024 autumn/winter season for nonnative is officially here. You can expect exciting new releases almost every week this season. Thank you for your continued support.
For the first delivery, we have a range of quite basic items. Among them, the coach jacket stands out. Although it has become a staple in recent seasons, nonnative has once again made subtle changes to the design, bringing a fresh update to the classic piece.
The most noticeable change is the ribbed sleeves, which give the jacket a rounded silhouette, different from the typical street-style coach jackets. The overall size is also slightly more relaxed. For reference, I'm 170.4cm tall (official health check measurement), and the size 1 fits me a bit looser than usual.
I still frequently wear the coach jacket from the 41st Collection, which fits perfectly in size 2 due to its shorter length. So, I recommend trying this new version as it feels like a completely different piece.
The pockets, which previously featured flaps and wide zippers typical of nonnative, now have concealed zippers along the seams, giving them a very minimal look. From a distance, the pockets are barely visible.
Of course, the GORE-TEX WINDSTOPPER® standard to nonnative is also included.
This season's set pairs the jacket with the significantly wider EXPLORER EASY PANTS P/N TAFFETA, a departure from the traditionally slimmer pants.
The silhouette is similar to the highly popular GRAMICCI × nonnative WALKER ST EASY PANTS, which sold out quickly. This versatile silhouette will likely be a hit with everyone.
Naturally, these pants can be paired with any top from this season, not just the matching jacket.
Our new foreign staff member, Gen-chan, who joined in June, also said, "This is a must-buy!"
While it may seem like "the usual," everything this season has been heavily updated. Seeing is believing, so please come and visit us in-store. The nonnative shop, now with two new staff members and our regular Abe, looks forward to welcoming you.
