Lately, I’ve been wearing easy pants and sweatpants for comfort while working, but I still believe denim is the ultimate staple.
Yves Saint Laurent once expressed regret at not being the one to introduce jeans to the world, highlighting denim's central role in fashion.
When it comes to denim at COVERCHORD, the Denim Belted Pants by COMOLI is a must-mention.
These pants are a signature piece of the brand, and though they need no introduction, they hold a special place for me as my first COMOLI purchase.

I bought them in the summer and wore them daily for about a month, prompting my wife to suggest buying another pair.
Made from medium-weight denim woven with high-quality cotton slub yarn, they were perfect for the humid summer. With repeated wear and washing, they softened and became unexpectedly light and comfortable.
I often pair them with flip-flops in summer and classic sneakers like Authentics or ALL STAR in winter, but this season, I’m considering boots for a more rugged look.

I’m 176cm tall and usually wear size 2, but I’m thinking about sizing up if I pair them with boots.
In the photos, the non-faded pair is size 3, and the faded pair has been worn for two years by a 175cm staff member.
