Lately, I’ve realized just how much my personal style depends on my mood.
Some days I’m drawn to dresses and skirts, while other days I find myself leaning toward more street-style casual looks. I think I’ve been following those “I want to wear this now!” feelings honestly, choosing what resonates with me in the moment.
Recently, my mood’s been shifting toward a more casual direction.

That’s when I started getting curious about knee-length shorts—especially the NEW BAGGY SHORTS from MARMOT CAPITAL.
I’d seen these shorts in-store since spring, but I’d brushed them off, thinking they weren’t really “me.”

But after taking another look recently, something about them started to catch my eye.
I decided to give them a try—and to my surprise, they were so lightweight and breezy, soft against the skin, and just incredibly comfortable. I caught myself thinking, “I might actually love these.”

They definitely lean outdoor, but with the right styling, they blend seamlessly into everyday outfits.I’m thinking of pairing them with a tank top and sneakers and making them my go-to for this summer.
Because honestly, I don’t think I have the energy to wear long pants in the middle of a Tokyo summer anymore.
