【Notes on the pre-order raffle】

You must have a COVERCHORD account to enter the raffle.
Entry to the raffle can only be accepted through this form.
Please make sure the details entered in this form match the details of your COVERCHORD account. If your information does not match, you may be disqualified.
Winners will receive an email notification with payment options.
Once emails have been sent, winners will have 24 hours to complete payment, after which the entry will be automatically canceled.
Winners who do not complete payment will be disqualified from future draws.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to anywhere other than the registered address. The registered address cannot be modified after entry.
Shipping fees are not included in the email and will be calculated at the time of shipment.
Only one entry per customer is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
We reserve the right to delete multiple entries that we believe to be by the same person.
We are unable to reply to queries regarding stock.
Sales may be suspended in the event of suspected fraudulent activity.
In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will provide a refund.
Damage to packaging is not considered a defect.
