Introducing ITO GIN 700ml, a Japanese craft gin made with Komaki Distillery's shochu-making expertise and botanicals from Satsuma Town.

With a sweet fragrance derived from shochu-based sweet potatoes, this gin blends locally harvested botanicals, including juniper berries, kuromoji, sansho, green sansho, Jumamikan oranges, Satsuma Nanko plums, tea, kesen, tea tree, and bamboo, resulting in a nostalgic lingering flavor.

Established in 1970 in Satsuma town in the northern part of Kagoshima, KOMAKI uses natural spring water from the Shiroyama mountain range and locally produced rice and sweet potatoes for our ingredients. The rich, earthy flavor is developed by using the Satsuma-style jar inherited since our founding and is a distinctive feature of KOMAKI distillery's honkaku shochu.
