This special edition aged 2022 Chuko Platinum Premium 35% was blended by the president of CHUKO who aimed to produce "the best blending awamori of the year." This sake offers a sweet aroma reminiscent of aged balsamic vinegar, a deep and rich flavor, and a solid structure with a hint of saltiness. Blended ingredients

Founded in 1949 in Tomigusuku, Okinawa, CHUKO uses Nanbankame jars to age their Awamori. Its philosophy is "inheriting and creating the culture of awamori," and it is the first distillery to build and operate its own kiln to produce Ryukyu containers for Awamori aging.
