Sho is a type of Ryukyu Awamori that was developed by top-class technicians using an original triple distillation method. It is characterized by a citrusy and sweet fragrance reminiscent of orange peel-infused madeleines, as well as a rich and full-bodied taste that expands in the mouth.

Established in Kin, Okinawa in 1949, KIN created the first-ever underground limestone warehouse in Japan, storing over 13,000 bottles of cave-aged Awamori in 1.8-liter bottles. Their goal is to continue to preserve traditional techniques and to spread awareness of the charm of Ryukyu Awamori and Kūsū.
