Issho Silver is the signature honkaku shochu produced by KOMAKI. It offers a fresh truffle-like aroma and smoky flavor reminiscent of nuts, along with a milky taste derived from the acid in the koji.

Established in 1970 in Satsuma town in the northern part of Kagoshima, KOMAKI uses natural spring water from the Shiroyama mountain range and locally produced rice and sweet potatoes for our ingredients. The rich, earthy flavor is developed by using the Satsuma-style jar inherited since our founding and is a distinctive feature of KOMAKI distillery's honkaku shochu.
