Founded by Nick Brown in 1977, NIKWAX set a new standard in footwear aftercare products with the introduction of a highly water-repellent boot wax that did not soften leather. The company then turned its attention to apparel, developing a line of products that delivers the same levels of water repellency, windproofing and comfort as the original NIKWAX did for leather boots.
