- Design to lid
- Made in Morioka, Japan

Preserving the Nambu ironworking practice within their family of artisans since 1625, Suzuki Morihisa Studio has been casting Nambu Ironware, ‘Nambu Tekki,’ in one of Japan’s metalworking epicenters, Morioka, Iwate-prefecture for more than fifteen generations. A testament to the studio’s unrivaled quality, Morihisa Suzuki the 13th is the sole Nambu Cast Iron artisan to have his works recognized as items of Intangible Cultural Property by the Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs. Today, Morihisa Suzuki the 15th follows Nambu ironworking techniques to craft modern, functional ironware designed to last a lifetime.
