The SANTANERA Tahhona Blanco is a tequila produced at a distillery in Gudalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, with a unique approach where classical music is played during the issuing process. Tequila is put through a tahona process, where raw agave is carefully crushed with a stone mil for a long period of time to bring out the original agave flavor.

SANTANERA is a tequila producer with seven farms located in Guadalajara, Mexico, the birthplace of tequila. SANTANERA exclusively uses 100% homegrown organic materials and is highly committed to regeneration and sustainability. Classical music is played during the fermentation process, causing a more dynamic and harmonious movement in the yeast, which results in the creation of new and better aromas.
