The HERENCIA HISTORICO 27 DE MAYO EXTRA ANEJO CRISTALINO is produced by the long-established tequila maker TEQUILA DEL SENOR. Tequila, which is said to lose about 10% of its alcohol content in one year of storage, is carefully aged for five years in French oak barrels by skilled maestros. The aged tequila is then filtered create the Cristalino, which has an elegant aroma reminiscent of coconuts and baked goods, and a rich flavor that is unlike its clear appearance.
