アメリカ・マサチューセッツ州にて、1880年に創業した〈REGAL〉。軍用シューズの製造をルーツに発展し、堅牢なグッドイヤーウエルト式製法をはじめとする、靴づくりの技術を日本に伝えてきた。Founded in Massachusetts in 1880, REGAL began with military footwear, introducing traditional shoemaking techniques such as Goodyear welt construction to Japan.
1961年には日本での生産を開始。現在も日本国内でのものづくりを継続している。Since 1961, the brand has continued its legacy of craftsmanship through domestic production.

〈REGAL〉の技術と歴史を背景に、2010年に誕生したのが〈REGAL Shoe & Co.〉だ。Established in 2010, REGAL Shoe & Co.
過去のアーカイブに着想を得ながら、現代のライフスタイルに即した解釈を加え、クラシックな佇まいと新たな機能を備えたシューズを発表している。draws on this heritage, reinterpreting classic designs with modern functionality.

今回、〈nonnative〉とのコラボレーションによって制作されたのは、〈REGAL Shoe & Co.〉の国内未発売モデルをベースにした、Uチップローファー。For its latest collaboration with nonnative, the brand introduces a U-tip loafer based on a model previously unavailable in Japan.

ボリュームを抑えたシャープな木型を採用し、ドレスシューズの端正な佇まいと、ローファーならではの軽快さを両立した一足だ。A sleek, streamlined last combines the refined silhouette of a dress shoe with the ease of a loafer.

さらに、〈GORE-TEX〉を搭載することで防水性を備え、天候に左右されず毎日履くことができるローファーに仕上げている。GORE-TEX provides waterproof protection, while the Vibram® Newflex sole delivers lightweight cushioning and reliable grip in wet conditions.
Available in smooth black leather and cola brown suede, each version offers a distinct character while maintaining a timeless look.
Bringing together REGAL Shoe & Co.'s shoemaking expertise and nonnative's contemporary approach, this collaboration delivers a classic loafer reimagined for everyday wear.

ベースモデルのソールに変更を加え、〈Vibram®〉の「Newflex」ソールを採用。軽量性とクッション性に加え、高い防滑性能も誇るので、雨天時には滑りにくく歩きやすい。Releases October 24 (Sat), 2026.

アッパーには、ブラックのスムースレザーと、コーラブラウンのスウェードをセレクト。 
異なる表情を持つ2つの素材が、それぞれのカラーに個性を与えている。 

〈REGAL Shoe & Co.〉が培ってきた靴づくりの技術と、〈nonnative〉の視点が交差することで生まれた、機能面で大幅にアップデートされたオーセンティックなローファー。
