CAPSULE COLLECTION OSIZM

Tokyo began to warm up around the middle of last month, and signs of spring are finally in the air.
At this seasonal turning point of “three cold days, four warm days,” we would like to introduce the latest items from the collaboration project “OZISM” by nonnative and UNDERCOVER.
This collection feels as though it offers a glimpse into the everyday life of UNDERCOVER designer Jun Takahashi.
The corduroy “MONK BLOUSON” and “MONK EASY PANTS” were inspired by a deep navy corduroy set-up of the Levi’s “3rd Type” jacket that Takahashi himself was wearing.
During the conversation around the design, the idea of “It would be nice to have it in black as well” came up,
which eventually helped shape the overall direction of the project.
Details such as the collar construction have been carefully adjusted to achieve a balance that feels natural even when worn indoors.
The “MONK L/S TEE COTTON SWEAT” takes inspiration from the Basque shirts loved by Picasso.
In fact, Takahashi himself often wears oversized Basque shirts while working on paintings in his studio,
and this piece reflects that same atmosphere.
As for sizing, I am 176 cm tall and wear size L for all items.
Wearing them with a slightly relaxed balance feels just right.
