This is a Japanese craft gin from KOMAKI that utilizes the techniques developed in their shochu-making process. Based on the sweet and fragrant aroma of sweet potatoes derived from shochu, it incorporates six botanicals harvested in Satsuma Town (Nankoume, Kesen, Bamboo Leaf, Green Sansho Pepper, Mandarin Peel, Tea Tree, and Juniper Berry) to express a nostalgic yet new scent of their hometown.

Established in 1970 in Satsuma town in the northern part of Kagoshima, KOMAKI uses natural spring water from the Shiroyama mountain range and locally produced rice and sweet potatoes for our ingredients. The rich, earthy flavor is developed by using the Satsuma-style jar inherited since our founding and is a distinctive feature of KOMAKI distillery's honkaku shochu.
