AIR FLEECE HOODIE 2

With summer coming to an end, the mountain air is gradually getting colder.
I've been thinking about trying winter hiking this year, so I've started looking into it.

One of my biggest concerns about hiking in winter is regulating body temperature. Walking can make you surprisingly warm, and constantly adding or removing layers seems like it could take up a lot of energy. That's why choosing the right winter gear feels especially important. Lately, I've had my eye on the AIR FLEECE HOODIE 2 from and wander.
The first thing I noticed when trying it on was just how lightweight it is. It's soft against the skin, comfortable to wear, and, most importantly, genuinely warm.
Being able to adjust the sleeves or pull up the hood also makes it easy to regulate body temperature.
I can imagine wearing it as a midlayer under a jacket while waiting for the sunrise at a mountain summit.

I've never hiked in winter before, so I'm still looking forward to discovering what it's actually like.

But even just thinking about where I might go wearing this hoodie is exciting.
Part of the joy of hiking isn't just the time spent on the mountain.
It's also the preparation, imagining which mountain to climb next and what to wear along the way.
The summer hiking season may be over, but I'm slowly getting ready for winter, wondering where this hoodie might take me.
