Alipus San Miguel is a craft mezcal produced using traditional methods at a distillery in the San Miguel region of Mexico. This Mezcal is made from a mix of two types of agave and distilled in a traditional clay distiller for a deep and distinct earthy flavor.

Los Danzantes, who introduced mezcal to the West, founded ALIPUS in 1999 to serve as a marketplace for family-run craft distilleries. Selective small producers were closely worked with in order to boost Oaxaca's rural economy by supporting the production and selling of handcrafted mezcal.
