Issho Bronze is a new style of shochu designed to be mixed with soda. Its biggest characteristic is the use of beer yeast in addition to traditional shochu yeast. The flavor is characterized by a refreshing and mild citrus aroma and a fresh sweetness of sweet potato that lasts long on the palate.

Established in 1970 in Satsuma town in the northern part of Kagoshima, KOMAKI uses natural spring water from the Shiroyama mountain range and locally produced rice and sweet potatoes for our ingredients. The rich, earthy flavor is developed by using the Satsuma-style jar inherited since our founding and is a distinctive feature of KOMAKI distillery's honkaku shochu.
