Rab's Outpost 500 sleeping bag is designed to bring flexibility to your adventures. The square shape offers plenty of space, and the L-shaped zip construction can be undone to operate as a down-filled duvet for two. The 650FP duck down benefits from a Nikwax® hydrophobic treatment to enhance its resistance to moisture, while the 30D Pertex® Quantum trapezoidal box-wall construction allows the down to expand more fully, resulting in enhanced warmth.

RAB began in 1981 in Sheffield, UK where Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag to bear his name. Carrington's experience from years spent in the mountains was apparent in his hand-stitched designs, and soon there was popular demand from friends and the growing local climbing community. In the following decades, RAB began producing a full range of high-performance mountain clothing and equipment, providing excellent protection and comfort in all conditions.
