This medium-sized plate is carefully crafted by ceramist Tokuro Takimoto in Tsuno, a nature-rich town in the Miyazaki Prefecture. The durable plate is finished with an octagonal shape and is accented with lined patterns that can be paired with both Japanese and Western styles.

Wanting to be immersed in nature, TOKURO TAKIMOTO set up his ceramics studio in rural Miyagi prefecture in 2011. With a focus on form and texture, Takimoto’s pieces are light and functional, and designed to fit seamlessly into the user’s daily life.
