Sakura Ichiban Sakura Koubo Shikomi is a type of Awamori Ryukyu from YAMAKAWA. It is brewed using the “sakura yeast" that is separated from the bellflower cherry blossoms of the local Okinawa Yaedake area and is characterized by a unique soft aroma and smooth taste.
