CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS

COVERCHORD is unable to accept order cancelations after the Order Dispatched email has been sent. If you request cancelation before the order has been dispatched, we will try our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed.

Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or defective.

HOW TO ENTER A CLAIM

If the product is damaged or defective you have the right to enter a claim.

Please contact us through the inquiries form within 7 days of receiving your order, as indicated by the delivery tracking number. You will be sent a Return Authorization email and may be asked for images to support your claim. Once your claim is provisionally approved you will be provided with DHL shipping labels and instructions on returning the item(s).

The claim will not be finalized until the defective product has been returned. Once we have received the product and the claim has been approved, you will be informed via email and a replacement product will be sent to you. In the case a replacement product cannot be arranged, you will be refunded in full, including initial shipping costs.

CONDITIONS

• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and/or packaging.
• COVERCHORD will not accept any returns sent without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization.
• All returns will be arranged through COVERCHORD's DHL account, except in cases where this is not possible.

Additionally, COVERCHORD reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if the item(s) falls under one of (but not limited to) the following conditions:
• More than 8 days have passed since the order was received
• Returned goods are soiled, washed, or altered in any way
• Goods are returned without original tags and/or packaging
