CONFIRMATION

By agreeing to these terms and conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. Once we have received your order, you will be sent an automatic email confirming your order. In the case that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order we reserve the right not to deliver. Should an order be placed for a mispriced item we are under no obligation to provide the goods to you at the incorrect price, even after we have sent you the order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. Should we not be able to deliver in accordance with the terms in the order confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION

For security reasons, customers using a credit card for the first time may be asked to provide verification. This would be in the form of a scan or photograph of a government-issued ID or credit card used at the time of purchase, with sensitive information/numbers blocked out.

MODIFICATION

Once an order is submitted, COVERCHORD is not responsible for ensuring that it can be modified or canceled prior to shipment. To request a modification or cancelation of your order, please contact us via the inquiries form as soon as possible. Be advised that all orders placed for SALE ITEMS are final sale and not eligible for modification, cancelation or return once submitted. Please note that COVERCHORD is unable to bundle separate orders into the same shipment.

SHOPPING CART/CHECKOUT

Items in your shopping cart are not put on hold and will be secured only upon completion of checkout. Please note that items placed in your shopping cart may go out of stock in the case that other orders for the same item are completed before checkout.

PURCHASE LIMITATIONS

Some products such as limited edition items have a limit on the number of items that can be purchased per person.
Additionally, some items are unavailable for international shipping. Relevant products will be indicated on the product page.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if the item/order falls under the following categories:

• Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person (e.g. using the same or similar names, addresses, or registration of unused phone numbers).
• Orders that appear to be placed by a BOT.
• Orders that stipulate an overseas shipping address when the product is unavailable for overseas shipment.

We do not guarantee or bear any responsibility for any damage, loss, or disadvantage caused by order cancellation in these instances.

BACK IN STOCK NOTIFICATIONS

To be notified when an item comes back in stock, please select the “Notify Me When In Stock” button on the product page and enter your email address*. You will be automatically contacted by email as soon as the item becomes available. *This is not a pre-order function. Out-of-stock items are unable to be reserved in advance.

PRICES

Prices shown on the site are in Japanese Yen. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices. All international deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added. Prices do not include delivery charges.

COVERCHORD REWARDS PROGRAM

The COVERCHORD Rewards Program has been renewed to include a tiered system.

MEMBERSHIP AND BENEFITS
We have renewed our membership program to consist of four tiers: Regular, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Customers will accumulate points equivalent to 3% to 7% of the pre-tax price per item, depending on their tier.
Tiers will be assigned according to the total amount spent, based on the previous 365 days. Purchases made before May 25th, 2023 will not be counted.

POINT VALIDITY
Points are valid for 365 days from the date the points are awarded. Points that are not used within one year will be forfeited.
Please note that previously the expiration date of your points was extended each time you made a purchase, but will not be extended with the new service.
For points already awarded, the expiration date will be 365 days from the renewal of our Rewards Program. You can check the validity of your points on My Page after logging into your account.

PENDING POINTS
Points are awarded 7 days after the order has shipped.
Until then, the points will be displayed as “Pending Points”.

REDEEMING POINTS
Points can be redeemed at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
If you use your points to order multiple items, your points will be automatically allocated according to the price of the items.
If you return an item, the number of points allocated to the relevant item will be refunded.
Please note that points cannot be used to pay for shipping fees.

CHECKING YOUR POINTS
After logging into your account, you can check your points on My Page.

Points can now also be earned and spent at COVERCHORD’s sister stores: coverchord nakameguro, the nonnative shop, and ROOTS to BRANCHES. Points earned at our physical stores are instantly allocated to your account.

The trademarks and logos displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of COVERCHORD. No individual or entity may use, reproduce or authorize the use of or reproduction of any trademark or logo on this site without prior written permission.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

COVERCHORD reserves the right to alter any of the policies, terms and conditions at any time. You acknowledge that you shall become bound to the current version of the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to be aware of the current version each time you use the website.
