こちらのお灸は、パロサントの香りがする水と、身体に貼るシールがセットになっています。This moxa set includes palo santo-scented water and adhesive patches that are applied directly to the body.

使い方はとても簡単で、付属の水に数十秒つけてから身体に貼るだけでじんわりと温かくなります。It's very simple to use. Just soak the patch in the included water for a few seconds before applying it to your skin. It gradually begins to warm, providing a gentle and soothing sensation.
