IGUSA BOTTLE BASKET

I bought two BOTTLE BASKETS from Sunami Toru Shoten.
I originally planned to use both myself, but since I wanted to give my mother a bottle of wine, I decided to use one as part of the gift.
It works nicely not only for wine, but also for small presents.
The basket makes the gift feel a little more special, and when opened, the fresh scent of igusa gently spreads. My mother really liked it.
What I like about the BOTTLE BASKET is that it does more than simply hold something. It adds a sense of playfulness and thoughtfulness to the act of giving.
Igusa has long been part of everyday life in Japan and is also used for tatami mats. It is known for its moisture-regulating, insulating, and deodorizing properties.
After using it as gift wrapping, I plan to keep mine in the kitchen for tomatoes, lemons, onions, and other produce, and enjoy it as part of the interior as well.
It can be used in many ways, whether for gifting, picnics, or around the home.
