SUSPENDER PANTS

The wool SUSPENDER PANTS released by JONNLYNX in 2020 have been my go-to for years. I’ve worn them so often that my colleagues now associate me with these pants!
Now, my favorite pants have been reissued in cotton fabric, and I couldn’t be happier.
What I love most is the oversized waist and relaxed fit, almost as if borrowing my dad’s pants.
I still fondly remember learning how to style them from a senior colleague at a tradeshow. During sweater and sweatshirt season, I usually wear them without fastening the suspenders. The drawstring waist is especially forgiving for someone like me who hasn’t quite mastered moderation. I prefer cinching them tightly and wearing them low-slung for a casual, masculine look—though balancing with hair and accessories is key.
When fastening the suspenders, pairing them with a feminine silhouette top, as shown in the photos, works beautifully. Loosen the waist generously for an ultra-relaxed vibe (and plenty of room for a hearty meal!).
The fabric is sturdier than typical chino pants, making them ideal for winter wear but equally perfect for spring and fall. I’m already tempted to get this version too, knowing I’ll probably end up wearing them 365 days a year.
