【Notes on the pre-order raffle】

• You must have a COVERCHORD account to enter the raffle.
• Entry to the raffle can only be accepted through this form.
• Please make sure the details entered in this form match the details of your COVERCHORD account. If your information does not match, you may be disqualified.
• Winners will receive an email notification with payment options.
• Once emails have been sent, winners will have 24 hours to complete payment, after which the entry will be automatically canceled.
• Winners who do not complete payment will be disqualified from future draws.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to anywhere other than the registered address. The registered address cannot be modified after entry.
• Shipping fees are not included in the email and will be calculated at the time of shipment.
• Only one entry per customer is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• We reserve the right to delete multiple entries that we believe to be by the same person.
• We are unable to reply to queries regarding stock.
• Sales may be suspended in the event of suspected fraudulent activity.
• In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will provide a refund.
• Damage to packaging is not considered a defect.
