NEWOLD CELLULOID (SUN) is a celluloid model of Ayame's classic sunglasses NEWOLD, combining the classic Boston and Wellington shapes.
The regular NEWOLD has decorative studs on the front, but this model has no decorations and has a more minimalist feel.
The thick frame design with rounded corners makes it easy to wear and gives a soft impression, so it matches any gender or trend.

AYAME was founded in 2010 in Fukui City, the home of the Japanese eyewear industry. The ayame (Japanese Iris flower) is the symbol of Fukui and when the word is broken down it translates to the color "AYA" and eye "ME". One by one, each frame is carefully hand-shaped and polished by experienced and skilled craftsmen.
