Made with traditional hammered copper techniques, this kettle features a smooth-pouring spout and elegant curves. Its high thermal conductivity ensures quick and even boiling.

Characteristics of Copper:
Copper has twice the thermal conductivity of aluminum, five times that of iron, and 25 times that of stainless steel. It retains heat well, ensuring contents stay warm for longer or cold for extended periods. Copper cookware distributes heat evenly, preventing hot spots, and is perfect for slow cooking. It helps preserve the structure of ingredients and enhances flavor absorption. With proper care, copper products last a lifetime, developing a rich patina over time. The Tsubame hammered copper technique ensures greater durability.

Care Instructions:
- Use only on low to medium heat, ensuring the flame touches the bottom of the pot.
- Do not dry-heat the pot.
- Handle may become hot; exercise caution.
- Do not fill to the brim.
- Avoid using steel wool or abrasive powders.
- Do not use a dishwasher or dryer.
- Not suitable for IH heaters, microwaves, or ovens.
- Do not store liquids in the pot for long periods, as it may cause copper toxicity.

Maintenance:
- Before first use, wash with a sponge and mild dish soap, then rinse thoroughly.
- After each use, clean and dry with a cloth to remove moisture.
- For long-term storage, wipe thoroughly with a dry cloth and store in a low-humidity area.

Founded in 1945 in Tsubame, Niigata, this company specializes in copper products. Using a traditional hammering technique called "Tsubame hammered copperware," they continue to create handcrafted products that combine warmth and beauty.
