Born in Tokyo in 1974, Tomomi Kawakami founded her glass studio, KAWAKAMI GLASS, in Ibaraki Prefecture in 2002. Kawakami transforms reclaimed glass bottles to create unique vessels known for their organic, soft forms. Each delicate yet functional glass is designed to complement all aspects of daily life.
