MIYAZATO was founded in 1946 in Naha, Okinawa. It is known for reviving an elusive, premium sake called SHUNRAI, which had been loved by sake enthusiasts for a long time but had disappeared from the market. MIYAZATO preserves the tradition that has been handed down and continues to fascinate many Awamori fans around the world.
