Based on the MT610 released in 2011, the ML610XJ is arranged with a technical trail look and outdoor-inspired coloring. Featuring a body made with GORE-TEX fabric that is highly windproof and breathable, the shoes are finished with an ABZORB midsole for shock absorption and an NDURANCE outsole with excellent abrasion resistance for a high-spec pair that can be used in a wide range of activities.

Founded in Boston in 1906 by British immigrant William J. Riley, NEW BALANCE was a producer of arch support inserts until 1960 when they manufactured the world's first running shoe with a ripple sole, the "Trackster". Unlike many athletic shoe companies, NEW BALANCE has not moved its manufacturing offshore and still maintains its production facilities in the USA and UK.
