“Imuge” is a distilled spirit that revives the homemade sake that was popular during the Ryukyu Kingdom era. It has a unique, floral taste combined with refreshing citrus, and the sweet and rich flavor of vanilla and caramel, which is characteristic of Awamori.

Originally named KANNA SHU-YA and established in 1949, SEIFUKU was renamed in 1992. At the same time, traditional direct-fire kettle distillation methods were restored, aiming to preserve the traditional production methods of Ryukyu Awamori.
