Nagakumo Ichibanbashi is a version of YAMADA’s signature brown sugar shochu. The rich and sweet aroma of brown sugar has been achieved through trial and error.

YAMADA was founded in 1957 on Amami Oshima Island, Kagoshima Prefecture. It uses underground water from the Chono Mountain range for brewing and dilution, and uses flavorful and smooth black sugar made in Amami for its unique taste. The shochu is carefully crafted by a small number of craftsmen.
